Expect noise, rude neighbors and no support
The leasing office will tell you that only certain floors allow pets. However, if you are dishonest you can get away with a pet and not have to pay.
I’m on a floor that doesn’t allow pets. My loud neighbor has a barking dog. “And how can this be?” you ask. Well, after I asked why he’s allowed a barking dog, I found out (after contacting the office many times) that he has an “emotional support” dog. No proof needs to be provided.
So, bring your pets to any floor, lie to management because... they wont check and you won’t pay the pet fees. If you get caught, just claim the dog was a gift from a family member and is an emotional support animal. My loud neighbor gets away with it.
The office has no interest is supporting the honest tenants.
