Average quality for the price I’d say?

Nice community, lots of amenities. Overall floor plans are pretty nice. Plumbing can be a bit of an issue, or at least in mine it did. But overall I’m happy here.

5 year resident here!

I first moved here when I was pregnant with my son and wanting to find a quiet and safe neighborhood to raise him. Safe to say Metropolitan is great to raise a family, with other children here and young professionals. The staff is also very communicative and I appreciate that so much.

Best for the Price

I am currently in the market for a new apartment. I have toured places all over the city but really want to be in the Fishers area. FISHERS IS EXPENSIVE! I want to find something that is affordable and fairly updated. I toured the metropolitan and was very impressed with the updated inside of the home and the price. The staff was very professional, and the tour was unmatched. I am still looking at options, but this was a great apartment, especially for the price.
