This place was great for the 6 years I lived there. Then the property was purchased by an out of state investment firm that replaced the manager with a person utterly lacking people skills and completely unresponsive to residents’ needs. The new owners raised rents sky high, and are impossible to contact. If you move here, expect poor service and high prices.

I once shared an amazing review for this place... but that no longer applies. I had a great time living here UNTIL my apartment had MICE and the staff was not very helpful. One of my visits to the office I encountered ANOTHER resident that also had mice. I called a health inspector and he found the hole and told the office they had to do something about this by the time we moved out. Nobody ever came to do anything in that time and when we turned in our keys, they said they were still "working... on it" ... almost a month and a half later?! And of course we were charged a crazy amount because we were moving out due to unhealthy living conditions. They don't care about you anymore. So much to this story... like I mentioned, it was once great. Not anymore. Just read the other reviews about how the new management is doing. I don't need anyone from the office reaching out to me within the next few days. I'm done with this situation.
