Office staff is rude, when you call them and ask them to deal with the roach problem, they act like it's not their problem. They refuse to mandate pest control for all the apartments and will only spray once a month if you ask them to.

Was a great place to live years ago, has really went down hill!

I take my dogs over to the park. Each time I have to check to make sure the double gate facing East is always leaning and there is a big gap. I always pull it together and latch the gate to hold it shut. It isn't the maintenance guys that do that. It is the residents that use the double gate, and I think they use that gate. It is for the guys to use that mow our grass.

Cockroach infested, uncaring management and unknowledgeable maintenance

This place is infested with roaches! Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. They don’t take care of their tenants and won’t resolve the disgusting roach infestation in their complex!

Highland terrace apartments are a lovely place to live the people here are very nice I've only lived here for about1 -2 weeks and it's amazing here
