Not worth it for the price...
Lived there for 3 years. For how expensive it is, there are some definite issues.
Maintenance: Appliances are old and definitely need replacing. Washer and dryer wrecked some of my clothes; dishwasher had a fun issue of water pouring out of the door (happened 4x); garbage disposal easily gets clogged and no amount of plunging (as they recommend) would fix it. In the end, I just stopped using it. Toilet was running and couldn't fix it, it was a holiday weekend I set it as very high priority, I... was told it was not a high priority and nobody would come to check it out until Tuesday. Got a $100 water bill and had to argue with them to take it off since the water was running because nobody showed up to fix it for 3 days... Refrigerator made a weird, loud popping and clanging noise at all hours. Water pressure is a joke, the shower would make a noise like a dragon screeching and literally tiny drips of water would come out...
Parking: Parking was at a premium, and I had to sometimes park in the visitor area because there were no spaces (lots of unused motorcycle parking though...). Also if it snows or gets icy, be careful, they won't put rock salt except at the entrance; I fell twice.
Heating/Cooling: The bills are always super high and when the heatwave happened this past summer my apartment got up to 85 degrees (set to 75), and warm to no air was blowing out. When someone finally came and checked they said "well it's a heatwave, and all the ACs are on backorder, so you're going to have to deal with it"
Hallways: Often dirty with mystery stuff on ground. Weird smell of sewage often permeated the hallways.
Management: Their hours were always a bit spotty and sometimes the excuse would be "we have a lot to manage" so you can just sit and wait during normal business hours until they show up.
Location: You're very close to the downtown, but the surrounding neighborhood has some issues with crime/safety. Also very noisy at night.
Perks: they have an elevator, you can walk to the downtown
