This place is horrible and I'm about to move the place is gross the mold is horrible they fix nothing but keep raising rent there's trash every where my bathroom since has been stopped up for a month can not use my toilet it won't flush always several different apartment managers and there is no laundry facilities they keep it locked don't rent here unless your very very desperate .

Repairs are never done in a timely manner and the units are near uninhabitable. The apartment being leased was found to have black mold and was condemned. Did the management company even attempt to find another unit for the duration of the lease? Nope, they tried to keep rent paid for a month after it was condemned and also keep the security deposit. Oh that's not all, they then tried to charge for multiple "repairs" that were not needed or were needed prior to our occupancy that were never done... . We will let the courts decide but in anyone else's case just stay FAR away from this place. Lee mas

Grass is always covered in garbage, along with the parking lot
People sell drugs out in the open
Police are at the complex at least once a month
People let their animals run free off the leash
Management is a nightmare and will not try to help you if something in your unit is broken

When I moved in I had to have the stove replaced, AC and heat repaired, roof repaired, doors repaired, plumping repaired multiple times, most of my outlets are shot, and they... tried everything they could to avoid fixing the issues with the apartment they rented me.

I have lived at this apartment for over 2 years now. Throughout those years I have had numerous issues. Basically having a work order almost every other month due to the tub not draining, mice in the house, the garbage disposal not working, etc. I have to notify the office numerous times before I even get acknowledged of when they may come and fix the issue. I've had a mouse issue for over a year which is yet to be fixed. I have three work orders open that's been open for months still. My job is... making me relocate and they won't even negotiate with me on termination fees. They took my deposit and wont apply it to the fee. I have paid on time every Month. There's just no empathy compassion or will to ensure their tenants are satisfied and living in a clean environment. I am happy that I'm leaving and can finally have a rental management company that actually cares about me and my kids. Lee mas
