DON'T EVEN CONSIDER

as of 08.21.24 worst ever since new owners bought this property. $300 increase in rent just after 8 months. it took six days to replace kitchen light. old HVAC machines, inefficient heat/cooling in extreme weather . monthly bill additional add ons will Burdon your budget. poor management. no repair of outside lights. UNSAFE to go out after 10 pm . Vehicle not safe in parking area. valet garbage charges $25 per month but NO garbage pick up for days. poor internet ($30/month). ROACHES.BUGS... ($5/month extermination fee)

Worth Less than Zero Rating

If I could give this complex a negative rating I would It was a nice place when I first moved in (2019) and I loved it. Staff was great as well. A few months after moving in a leak in the bathroom ceiling developed. I opened multiple tickets. They closed all of them without addressing the leak. The leak was still there, only worse, when I moved out in June 2022. Mold would develop on one of the bathroom walls that had to be constantly cleaned. Who knows what mold issues were in the ceiling &... walls. Management company changed 3 times and each time got worse. In the end, I would have to threaten them with a BBB complaint before they would even acknowledge an email, and then the service level was beyond terrible. They charged me incorrectly during my move out and I had to get furious with them to just get them to correct the charges. I was so surprised it was so hard to give them money. I loved it there in the beginning, but in the end was more than happy to get out of this unit and on to a much better place.

Not Maintained

Ancient HVAC units that break down in the coldest and hottest months. Non-residents use the completely unsecured pool and vandalize it, causing it to be closed longer than it was open this summer. They don't bother adding cameras or a keycard system to secure this major amenity. Unrenovated units are past the point of being livable, everything leaks and maintenance does not have the capability of fixing things and won't replace anything. Huge tubs look fancy but the tiny old water heater... wouldn't be able to fill 2 inches of it. Poorly insulated, $200+ heat bills in the winter to keep it at 70.

A power line went down at Man O War/Todds Rd and we were without power for a day. After it came back on, the exterior lights didn't work for a week. A week of coming home in pitch black with only my cell phone flashlight to see in the hallways. Unsafe for many reasons and unacceptable to take a week to repair, with no explanations or communication. A tree fell in the main driveway after an ice storm and it took them 18 days to get it removed even though it reduced the road to one lane. My boyfriend's complex had the same thing happen and removed theirs in 24 hours.

Nice place to live

Nice area, nice staff, overall nice place to live. Great amenities. Pricing is a bit steep, but considering the area it’s in, it’s pretty average compared to other places in the vicinity. Great location in terms of other things around, restaurants and shopping.

Basketball goal has been broken over a year with countless calls into the office. Neighborhood kids sneak in and destroy everything that isn't nailed down.
