Tanglewood Apartments

I do not personally live here but I deliver packages here to this apartment complex all the time almost every other day or so, the two ladies that are in the office are wonderful they are respectful they are accommodating they are loving and comforting if I was able to move into an apartment this will be the one that I will move into. I love the warming feel that I get when I come into this apartment complex leasing office they greet me so well. (P.S) They always have snacks. I just love them.

Llevo dos dias con el aire roto y al parecer estaré mas. Hoy fueron a ponerme un pequeño equipo en un cuarto. Cuando estoy pagando por dos cuarto y dos baños. En cuanto se me venza el contrato me voy de aqui.

We love the community and the manager is great. Only complaint we have is the fact that even after signing a contract and being told they would put hardwood floors, they without waring started putting carpet on the second floor apartments. The absolutely refused to go back on this. The carpet makes the apartment smell bad and makes the apartment dark and stuffy. It is unfortunate they are drooping the quality of the apartments by doing so. IT is they only thing we are truly unhappy with. I wish... they would give us a choice of what we prefer and satisfy the resident. That is the only reason I am giving a 3 star review! Lee mas

I see a lot of negative reviews, so I'm gonna give my full experience with Tanglewood thus far. So, location is good, right next to the highways makes trips short, surrounded by food options, and the neighborhood is pretty tucked away so I have seen very little crime or sketchiness. The speed bumps suck, they're huge and my building is the very last one, so I have to over all of them every day. In December of 2019, Tanglewood switched ownership from Sun Residential to Haven Residential, and they... were a massive improvement. Since then, we now have a front gate, parcel pending lockers, poolside games and activities, a roof for the mailbox area, improvements to the playground, an app for paying rent and maintenance, and even more. They have been amazing, and the office staff is very friendly. I have had three total maintenance problems where I had to put in a request through the app, and they were all resolved within 2 hours to a day, which is great. Both my shower drains were clogged one day, they came in with a fancy vacuum machine in two hours and completely fixed it. The apartments are spacious, although there is not much closet space for storage. I use my patio daily, and my cats love laying outside. I am on the second floor, but I have never heard a sound from my neighbors through the walls- however, being next to UPS there is a constant stream of white noise from the buildings and planes. The prices are pretty great for what you're getting. I have one of the apartments without the new carpet and cabinet renovations, but those new improvements look really great. Ultimately, I have very few problems here, and I would stay here much longer if I was not moving away. Lee mas

As someone else mentioned, the management is ridiculous here. They are why I moved out. The buildings are old and when you inspect the walls and ceilings, they literally look like they are about to collapse. Do NOT sign up for auto pay through the resident portal! It isn't configured correctly and you will be charged more than what you actually owe. Hard pass.
