DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Charged a ridiculous amount at move out, including cleaning fee. Seems like they expect their tenants to shoulder their turnover costs.
Maintenance was a nightmare. Would come in with no prior notice and do whatever the felt like. Leasing office never took me seriously when I asked to be notified when someone was entering my apartment. Ignored me when I told them I had pets that needed to be put up. It was a continual issue.
The management of this place leaves a lot to be desired. There are... plenty of other apartments in this price range. You would be better off going somewhere else that actually cares about their tenants.

We do try and give advance notice of entry when possible. In the rare instance of a maintenance emergency, we aren't always able to give advance notice. Maintenance does not schedule appointments, so if a work order is put in, the request is... serviced on a priority basis. We reviewed your move-out charges and they are in-line with our Schedule of Charges you signed at move-in. We do not charge for normal wear and tear, but we do charge for items that have to be cleaned or replaced, left damaged, or for items that you leave behind when you move out. We strive to give our residents the best living experience in Lafayette and apologize if your experience was anything less.
