Poor
Live here if you like sub-par amenities, unfriendly low income residents, unsupervised teenagers partying and groping one another in the lounge/rooftop, rotting food in the stairwells, and constant construction noise. OVERPRICED -- Vivo/Aimco will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING: $500/month to use an empty parking garage; $100/month for electric shades (because the default tan linen shades block no light). Don't pay for the LuxerOne - Amazon/UPS/FedEx/USPS never actually use it; they will... just throw your packages on the floor of the mailroom. Don't believe the other reviews on here - the building coerces people into filling them out to enter a "prize giveaway" that is never actually distributed -- these are FALSE REVIEWS. The building is soulless with no community. AVOID!!

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience at Vivo. We appreciate the feedback you have provided. We are sorry to hear your experiences with us have not matched your expectations. For residents and "unsupervided teenagers" not following our Good... Neighbor Commitment we will need names or apartment numbers so problems can be addressed and resolved. Outside construction noise is out of our control but will usually end by 4:00 each week day. Our standard garage spaces are $335.00 per car, not $500.00.In Vivo's lease agreement all additional charges or fees are provided. We understand that allocated monthly expenses may vary for everyone. As such, we are extremely mindful to disclose all charges and fees with customers prior to signing a lease agreement. Our sweepstakes give away happens monthly and as one of the moderators I assure you a monthly prize is distributed. Please remember this is for all AIR communities .We would like to address your concerns and frustrations with you directly. Please email us at ICanHelp@aircommunities.com with your contact information. We look forward to hearing from you. -Susan
