Very prompt service made a phone call and within literally 5 to 10 minutes maintenance was at my door fix the issue within a matter of 10 to 15 minutes max so very prompt very efficient very effective and that he knew what needed to be done and attended to it promptly even swept up my floor from a little bit of debris that fell very good if I could give a 10 star rating on maintenance I would do that but definitely exceedingly the higher five star rating.

they are always very polite clean up after themselves. Explain what they’re doing and prompt. I’ve never had a problem maintenance is fabulous

Office staff is very helpful.

One of my favorite amenity here at HOPKINTON WINDSOR is the trash pick up at the door. The convenience of that alone is amazing, and so appreciated. I also am so impressed by the Maintenance crew. When I have needed something fixed, whether a lightbulb, change or something more,
it gets taken care of well before 24 hours sometimes. Often, it’s the same day that the request is put in. They respond with friendliness, no matter what the issue may be. Also, the staff in the office/management have... always been very helpful and friendly whenever I have needed to visit the office, Or have had questions. I’ve been here several years now and have been very happy living in this community. Lee mas
