Solid but overpriced
I've lived here for over a year, and it's been decent but nothing special.
The good: quiet place, haven't needed any repairs, haven't had any issues with packages getting delivered. Kitchen is spacious with good cabinet space.
The not so good: issues with parking in outdoor lot and in the first few weeks I moved here, someone had all 4 wheels stolen off their car when it was parked in the outdoor lot. Electric is very pricey, I pay more here for a 2bd, 1k sqft apartment than I did for a... 2-level, 2800 sqft home. Nothing really around, you have to drive everywhere. Gym is fairly large but equipment is limited/broken.
Overall, their rent prices are going up and it doesn't make much sense when there are other more affordable options that are more convenient to Boston, in a more walkable area, better floor plans, and the same amenities.
