Ok property, not ok management
I lived at this property for nearly 4 years; while there, they certainly took care of things in a timely manner - the few times I needed anything. There aren't any amenities and laundry is not inside the apartments. Also, the management team isn't on site so if you need anything in a hurry - good luck. All the same, the location served it's purpose.
However, moving out was another thing entirely. Proper notice was given, cleaning parameters met, still waiting for my deposit 7 weeks later -... when I called to follow up, not only am I given the run around, but am told that THEY want to charge ME $50 to reissue the check. Which is beyond ridiculous.
