Edison on the Charles by Windsor Apartamentos

The building has a great setting, right along the Charles pathway. Having the courtyards face out to the river gives a greater sense of isolation from the city, you have a small and natural enclave. The parking is convenient and you an walk to Main Street, Moody Street, and the train station. For a commuter, you have easy access to buses and trains.

Management is responsive to requests and repairs. There is even a dog park! The only downside I see is that there is limited guest free parking.

I am not prepared to offer a recommendation at this time. I would like to, but am right now unhappy with the parking increase and the rent increase.

Once the new carpets are all in place, I hope to see that they are kept clean. But not just the carpets--granted some residents do not pick up after themselves--but please pay attention to dirt or stains that are left along the common area walls as well. These are my recommendations.

It used to be good but as I started to like it less and less after noticing how management tends to unfortunately neglect the problems in the common areas. Increasing rent prices didn’t help.

Edison on the Charles is a really great place to live. They keep the property in good shape. They were responsive. The place is pet friendly. The property is clean. And they have nice amenities. This property is also a great location if you like to have access to the downtown Waltham restaurants without being too far from the major highways as well.
