Canterbury Apartments

They charge for parking when there is they don't have a lot of parking place. Anyone can walk up to you it's unsafe and the leasing office is closed every day..

Recently relocated to Maryland from Missouri. Within first day here found the Canterbury Wes site. The ability to apply online and receive a pre-approval really speeds the process up. We applied, came in to the office and signed a lease all within one day. The apartments are hands down amazingly kept and clean. The office staff are the EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. They definitely take the stress out of the whole process. We were provided free refreshments and snacks throughout the process... as well. The gym and pool are simply amazing. Gloryann Was our leasing agent and let me just tell you, she may not know you, but you will instantly feel welcome and wanted at Canterbury. I can’t give this place enough stars. Lee mas

I liked the location and space of my 1 bedroom. The walk up was not always fun but expected. No maintenance problems while I was here.

Worse place to live....its always noisy and when you complain to the leasing office they do nothing about it. Its as if they rather us deal with it or break our lease and go. They don't realize that if they dont handle the issue, its going to be a constant problem for others that move in after us. Question is, how would the leasing office feel if they were to go home and have to deal with inconsiderate and noisy neighbors???? You should want the best for your tenants as you would want for... yourself. Lee mas

I've lived here a few months so far, and I must say I have really enjoyed my time so far. Of all the places I have lived, this management staff has been the most responsive and attentive. They get back to you when they say they will, and follow through on issues in a good amount of time. People aren't joking about the towing, but, to be fair, they do have signs posted everywhere letting you know where you can and cannot park. I haven't had a problem myself because I took the signs serious from... day 1 and I make sure I'm in my assigned space. I make sure my guests know exactly where to park as well. Lee mas
