understaffed/poor parking.
We called to request touring the apartment. We are not in the area. When we called we asked for the latest touring spot and were given one at 4:00 pm. We were told there was parking available designated for future residents but there was nothing inside or outside the building on Feb 1, 2020 at 4 pm. We circled 5 times until we were able to find a spot in the building. Helas, we were not accommodated because the one person whom they had there was waiting for the next appointment at 4:30.
He was... nice and professional but could have at least offered us a brochure, water, or asked us to wait or anything or at least acknowledge that it was difficult to park.... there was no one else around. I felt shocked a bit by the poor reception, my partner was more forgiving and felt that the man who handled it did the best he could given the situation. We really wanted to live here, the building looked nice even though it was in the middle of nowhere...Also metro is a bit far... 2 miles away.
Given the long drive and the parking situation, I really have zero incentive to go back and look again.
