lol nope
First off, I would like to say that I have never lived here, I was a prospective resident. The model apartment was beautiful, but I was super skeptical of them because I would call them during the day, at 2:00, or 3:00, or 4:00.. and they wouldn't answer. Check out other reviews on that, every review says the staff is never in the leasing office. There were multiple times that I called them to get more information about their apartments and they just straight up didn't answer, when they were... SUPPOSED to be open. Although it upset me, I always just shrugged it off. Finally, 3 days ago I submitted an application for the apartment. I was supposed to get a response within 24-48 hours. After calling today, they told me "oh yeah, you got denied". 1) Thanks for not telling me? When were y'all gonna tell me this information? and 2) Will I get a refund for the $60 my roommate and I spent on the application? Nope. All because I'm a student and "can't afford" their apartment. Sorry I don't make $3,000 a month, I'm a full-time college student working 25 hours a week and can't feasibly do that with my degree (the lady on the phone also decided to inform me that many students are capable to do that and live there, so thanks for that). I have never struggled with paying my rent, and even if I did, I don't see why they won't allow a guarantor or a cosigner. But whatever.
Anyways, if you're looking for a friendly leasing office - this probably ain't it.
