Avoid living here. It gets extremely cold in the winter, and they charge hefty fees for parking and electricity—more than a hundred dollars—without disclosing these costs before you sign the lease. The management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. After paying my rent, they switched to a new portal and then showed that I hadn't paid. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with the manager, who promised to transfer the information, over a month later, it still shows as unpaid. Very... frustrating experience. Lee mas

Great apartment to live in. It is more expensive here but the views here are very unique and you get plenty of natural lighting. Have not found another apartment with similar floor to ceiling windows.

This is honestly the first place that has ever felt like home to me and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and lovely place to live

The staff is great and east to work with. THe amenities they already have are wonderful and I am looking forward to new ones soon. Quite and clean community

Loving the place so far. Really excited for the gym, hopefully sooner than later! Also excited to utilize the lounge for a get together I have planned this summer.
