2 years I’ve lived here and it’s pretty good

The office manager is proactive and understanding. The maintenance men are respectful, kind & get things done in a speedy amount of time! They give free carpet cleaning if you renew your lease early. The pool is clean & nice during the summer until September. In my experience neighbors are polite and don’t steal packages. Location is close to the high school & Walgreens shopping area which in the winter is fun for the Santa parade and in the summer nice to walk to Dairy Queen or tropical... smoothie. It’s also extremely close to grove tea lounge & a church with a park & a moms group if you’re into that! The only down fall I would say is there’s no dish washer, there’s no ceiling fan in the bathroom & no ceiling lighting in the living room or bedrooms (basement apartment 2 bedroom) I would recommend others to live here!

Rude and unprofessional people

Called trying to communicate with the leasing manager. She was so rude and unprofessional, I wouldn't lease from these people If it was free.

I have never have the displeasure of speaking with someone this rude over the phone. Ugh.

Great place for the price!

I have been here now for 2 1/2 months and upon moving in I had a few problems for maintenance to come fix. Maintenance and Amy in the office are very responsive and communicate very well. I am happy to call this place my home!

Poor

These apartments are not nice and not well kept! Management does not listen to or care about your concerns, but as soon as you owe them money of any sort they will try to turn around and sue you! My apartment is full of mold I have been trying to get them to help fix the issue for over a year now! I have called corporate many times on this issue you as well.

We Love our Apartment

My Husband and I moved into a one bedroom deluxe after we married, the maintenance staff is prompt and cares about the safety of the tenants, there is a lot of turnover in that department, however my husband and I haven't had a bad experience yet. We had an issue with smokers in the building and the staff took care of it tactfully and promptly, while respecting both tenants involved. Yes the buildings are older and showing there age but, in getting what you pay for in this area, we are pleased.... We moved to a two bedroom a year ago and we have had no complaints. We love our home.
