New Management - Old Problems
Previous Tenant Experience
Prices of the listed apartments have increased by about 15% since the location has been under new management within the last year. This rent increase has led to replacement of water heaters long that was long overdue, but the state of the facility is still decaying.
The general walk-in area is filthy with a cleaning plan no longer in place, there is minimal to no restriction/enforcement of noise between tenants, and an extremely lax policy of smells (smoking, cooking... , etc.).
The increase in rent does not reflect results that the tenants deserve. If you are already willing to pay for an apartment at this price, at least go to a place where the management does not neglect it's property for the sake of profit at a cost to the tenants. I am sure that this is not the last time that rent prices will go up.
As far as location goes, beware if you work on 3rd shift. The children screech at 120 decibals at the park/school directly across from the apartment.
