If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing from day one. Every attempt to resolve an issue has either failed or created additional problems. For example, my AC issues have been ongoing, and after multiple repair attempts, I was left with large holes in both my bedroom and laundry room ceilings. Despite repeated requests for a resolution, I keep receiving vague, unhelpful responses.

I also... question the purpose of the CAM (Common Area Maintenance) fees, as the amenities are rarely fully available. The pool is often closed, and the advertised facilities are not accessible throughout the day. Overall, this has been a frustrating and miserable living experience. Save yourself the trouble and money, please look elsewhere. Lee mas

For those of you who don’t read rental agreements. I’m here to save you some time. This place will tell you want your monthly rent is but they won’t inform you about the hidden fees you will be charged each month. You can expect $150-$200 tacked on to your rent for BS fees. When you call to question them, they then point to the small print that you agreed to when you signed the lease.

We have neighbors... that host a dance party several times a month. We’ve complained, we’ve sent videos, we’ve sent emails, we’ve contacted the regional manager. They have done nothing to stop this. We’ve resorted to staying many nights at friends or our parents home as we get no peace. Someone in the building is smoking weed. They can’t figure it out so they have threatened to charge all of the residents in our complex. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors clipping their toenails.

We are out as soon as our lease is up. Avoid this nightmare like the plague. Lee mas

My biggest complaints are maintenance, AC has been out for over a year now and still being told that I'm on a waiting list because everyone is having AC problems. Manegement is incredebly rude and non responsive. I read some bad reviews before moving in and they told that it was people who had been here to long and did nothing but compained and that the vast majority of tennets were happy. Let me tell you that that is incorrect. Most of the people in my building move out within 6 months and... right now we 3 apparments that have been empty for at least 6 months. My suggestion is to stay clear. Lee mas

The units seem to all have Magic Pack HVAC units and the serial number indicates they were manufactured in 1995. My first 29 days in the summer averaged over 120kWh per day. Be sure your have a unit with a newer HVAC or be prepared to pay $400 per month for electricity. The management suggested this is “just a part of apartment living” and I hopefully won’t have to live here very long. It is a shame because the rest of the apartment amenities are nice.

The unit is up to date with stainless steel appliances, electric stove and gas oven, washer/dryer unit is stacked which saves space. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. They're rent due dates are strict and fees can be high for non-compliance. However, my only issue was with the app the complex uses for rent payment, maintenance requests, etc. I had a problem with that so I'm not sure I can even blame them directly. Love the animal friendly community.
