Club One of Auburn Hills Apartamentos

The units are extremely poorly maintained. The floors are uneven and broken down. The walls are cracked causing constant insect problems. The pipes constantly get clogged and often sewage flows back into apartment. Appliances don't work. Half of the burners on my stove were broken when I moved in. I requested that they be fixed, but they never were. The freezer defrosted and flooded my kitchen at least once a month. Despite this, maintenance made no attempt to fix it. It was only replaced once... it stopped functioning altogether, and at that point, I was given another used fridge that was already cracked and barely working. Despite constant calls, the office let smoke detectors beep for weeks before replacing batteries, if they were replaced at all. Management puts no effort into maintaining anything on the property and will do anything to keep the security deposit. I wouldn't recommend living here unless there was absolutely no other option. My first experience was with Rose the office manager who gave us a tour of the property, which then after was very thorough with helping with the application process. She got us in within under a two-week time period since living here it has been very quiet and peaceful, the tenants in my building are very nice as well as the office staff and management down to the maintenance being taken care of in a very timely manner. Great amenities including a 24-hour gym a beautiful pool and a great... playground for the kiddos. Best move that myself and family have made. Lee mas

I have lived here for over a year now with my husband and we have had such an amazing experience living here and plan to stay longer! When we first thought about moving here Rose answered any questions we may have, was extremely kind and sweet and gave us a tour! All the staff is incredible and willing to answer any question you may have!

This was my first time leasing for an apartment and the staff have been really helpful from start to finish. They really care about your wishes and are welcoming! Everything went smoothly and they explained everything so well.

Here are the facts,
Many residents of this property have not had adequate accounting by the management team for their rent which is recommended to be paid via money orders. They charge late fees and compound those fees. They report non rent for rent received. This is common place. Residents who can not catch up on these fees are threatened with eviction. This has happened to many people.
Multiple buildings on the property have plumbing issues, hot water issues. They do not replace dated broken... appliances in a timely manner. The halls of many buildings are never cleaned. Garbage pickup and excessive dumping is a problem. Car Parking is a problem. I would not move into anything available and I wouldn't move into anything Harvest Properties. Lee mas
