Solhaus Apartments & Tower

They’ve switched up in management a lot, they’ve just now started to do things as a community but for resident experience I have been met with some disappointment from being told there would be upgrades and improvements to that not happening, smells in the hallways, and the lack of amenities, and communication from leasing office, but the units are pretty good size, especially for a college apartment, the air ducks are very dusty and they refuse to clean it for you

Liked living here, apartment and management are good. However, issues in the apartment have persisted for too long and have changed my entire experience here.

I have had a good experience! All appliances and spaces within the apartment work and are nice. I had a few issues with maintenance/wifi when I first moved in, but otherwise the office/maintenance staff are all very kind.

It had been really good so far! The staff are super caring and the building is up kept. The only thing would be to have better treadmills or a stairmaster. Other than that it has been great.

This apartment is great! I give it 5 stars because I love my individual unit, my room, and the location of Solhaus Associates. This is an apartment I will recommend to many people
