Great amenities, and campus. Friendly staff and a fun community to be a part of. It’s great that they accept pets and animals which is rare in the cities

I just moved in but so far it has been a quiet and welcoming experience! It’s also a great area! I feel safe and there’s plenty of things to do around here.

Overall I like living here. There’s been a change in the main building supervisor which means stuff is actually starting to get done!

My biggest complaint is still parking for guests. The fact that guests can only stay til 9 pm without a pass is absurd. That’s not even late enough to watch a football game, and there isn’t exactly nearby street parking. We also have a lot of theft in the lot- a garage spot costs $$ but is a must if you don’t want to fix your car every few months. Finally,... updated furniture ( or at least some folding chairs!) would make the party room much more accessible. Half of them are broken.

Nevertheless we did just renew our lease. We love the other kids here and the proximity to Como and highways Lee mas

I've been at the Burlington Apartments for 3 years now, and here is what I have experienced. The Apartments have some great pros: It is perfectly positioned in St. Paul, has lots of great amenities, and the maintenance team has also been very friendly, prompt, and skilled.
This apartment complex also has it's cons. Apartments can have rather sloppy construction - linoleum pealing up, particle board showing everywhere, paint sprayed over stuff, etc. I'd say the biggest con is the management... isn't great. I haven't had a good experience with them in a fat minute. The front office staff can be nice, but they switch out so fast, you really can't get used to them. The current management was sued for working with other apartments to set rent, they also will sneak in clauses into your contract which allows them to essentially get away with whatever they want. (For instance, they have the ability to take away on-site parking from you whenever they want). Lee mas

I’ve had a great experience living at Burlington Apartments. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The staff is professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests or maintenance needs. My unit is clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient, and the location makes it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and transit. Overall, I’m really happy here and would definitely recommend Burlington to anyone looking for a nice place to... live. Lee mas
