I've lived here for 3 years. The area is great as it is close the MN state fair, Como Zoo, and many restaurants on Snelling AVE. The patio with mesh is one of my favorite things of my apartment. You dont have to worry about bugs or debris flying in! your pets will love the fresh air and feel safe behind the mesh.

Unfortunately, the common areas, including the hallways, are often filthy. Some residents in this building act like they are the only ones who live here and don’t respect noise level regulations.

There needs to be more security, people trespass all the time in the garage and buildings. There needs to be better cleaning of the snow, and salting, specially the main entrances and side stairs as well as walk paths. Maintenance has to be a bit more on top of the requests, there’s always something wrong at the gym…

Nice and quiet. I lived in this area for many years because it's so nice and clean. Sometimes they are delayed to fix the work you put in order but I still like the apartment.

They keep the building clean and in mostly good working order. The staff are friendly, and I never feel like I'm in danger. So there's that.
