Emerald Crossing

I would advise not to move here. I lived here from 2020-2021. Resided in the building with the leasing office. People smoking weed all hours of the day and night, maintenance working not going anything, lice in my carpet upon move in, mice in hallway stairs and in my kitchen, and roaches. Residents letting numerous family members live in their 1 bedroom apartment. Paper thin walls. My apartment always smelled like weed and I don’t smoke! Worst apartment complex I ever lived in.

BE AWARE! We lived here for 2 years through 2022. it was fine until Monarch took over. They will add on random “fees” that aren’t in the lease, and several units around us had black mold that the leasing office refused to treat. Not to mention, maintenance will put “bandaids” on repairs that don’t last and will renter your home without notice. We had several belongings go missing as well. I am so glad we moved, emerald crossing was the worst experience we ever had. Many tenants were speaking... together to sue this complex when we moved, and I hope they do! Lee mas

The management team is very very professional. This complex has one on the best maintenance team. The workers are so courteous and kind. It’s the friendliest and kind greetings for me. I appreciate these group of men. I’m disabled and walk with a cane. I’ve had each one offer to take my trash out and all have carried my groceries to my door. They are always smiling and you could never tell if they was or did have a bad day!

At first I think the transition in management & companies was a little rough as all transfers like that are. But since they’ve gone about cleaning up the parking, streamlined the payment process and have took care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. The maintenance staff themselves there are a good group of guys and have always been respectful of our homes and worked proficiently to take care of problems in a safe & timely manner. Lastly the previous management although nice people... lacked structure and I think we have that now. Lee mas

Me and my husband have been here for 10yrs unfortunately. We have been through many different managers, they just recently got bought out by a company and are trying to make things better but are not. Where to begin with the issues?!?! There's just so many, maintenance is a joke. We have had so many issues with our a/c unit it's ridiculous. The only reason we have been here so long is because the rent is the cheapest around and we are saving to move. Everything that people are saying in the... other reviews about cheaply made and paper thin wall is true. We still have the original windows and doors and I don't foresee them changing anytime soon. The windows leak when it rains and a drafty all year. They need to clean the duct work BAD. If you have bad allergies I suggest not living here. The hallways are disgusting, when they do have them cleaned the smell of mold is overwhelming. I could go on and on about this place. Now since the new owners they want WAY TOO much rent for what you get. If you can go elsewhere. Happy hunting! Lee mas
