Verified Renter

Overall, my experience has been positive. I did not have access to gym or laundry facilities for some time, which I felt I was paying for anyway. The windows are old and not sealed, making heating and cooling less effective. I have received prompt and helpful maintenance requests, but have not received the upgraded blinds I was promised. Plumbing is old, but maintenance is responsive and communicative when needed.

So far It's great I'll come back a month from now and let you all know, I love that this community is so close to so many popular businesses and outlets everywhere and everything is in walking distance and directly by the freeway

I have a wonderful relationship with the staff. They are very professional and caring. I like how they schedule activities to bring the community together. I have become friends with other residents that I probably would never have met if it wasn't for the gatherings the staff schedules. The area is quiet. The landscaping is always kept nice. The maintenance crew is always available if my apartment needs some kind of repair.
I love living at ReNew Centennial Apartments.
