The Oxbow Apartamentos

Have to recommend avoiding this place. The build quality is really low quality- sound proofing is non-existent so you'll hear every footstep even on the floor BELOW you! Windows don't close, doors are warped, sinks fall out, and pipes are hooked up backwards among a ton of other issues.

Management puts on a nice face and genuinely does try to help where they can, but the turnaround time for any help they can give is long. Some things their hands are tied so nothing will get done.

But most of... all, when you move out, they will screw you out of everything they can get. All hidden behind smiles and misdirection, they are pros are implying things without explicitly saying them so there is no accountability.

A lot of corporate landlords are bad but Roundhouse is the worst. I don't know anybody from the development that stayed past their initial lease. That's most telling of all.

Great location! Excellent amenities! Friendly staff! Unfortunately, there are no elevators so something to be mindful of if you're not living in a ground floor apartment.

We are surprised at the quietness of the Oxbow. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are great. The park is a plus. The views are exceptional. The staff is responsive to issues that arise. Residents seem responsible. This is a dog paradise..

I love my apartment! The one downside is some parts of the apartment seem to have cut corners. The paint chips and scuffs very easily and the floors are a bit sensitive. But it’s hard to beat the price with the inclusion of benefits and a safe new apartment!

It’s been great here. I’ve talked with staff about concerns that we’ve had and they have been attentive to everything we were worried about. Huge thank you to everyone.
