Maintenance and Management Concerns
I’ve lived at Lumeo for three years, and unfortunately, the quality of management and maintenance has drastically declined. My recent experience has been the worst yet. Maintenance left a trail of filth from my bathroom to the front door after a toilet repair—completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
I submitted a request to have my shower re-grouted back in June 2025. The technician claimed he’d order the necessary materials and return, but months have passed with no follow-up. The front door to... Building 2 has been broken for months, and the carpets are filthy. When I call the leasing office, I’m met with confusion and no accountability.
Residents are expected to follow rules and pay rent on time, but management doesn’t hold itself to the same standard. If you’re considering moving here, be aware: the upkeep and responsiveness are not what they used to be
