Went to cocktail hour and was welcomed by some lovely, friendly residents. Met some gals that share like interests. Looking forward to joining more activities.

Love my fellow residents. Love living here. I know most of the residents here and keep meeting more each day. And I enjoy meeting new residents.

This place is not what I expected to be. Planning to move out asap possibly breaking my lease soon.
Maintenance is poor.
Nothing works well in here.
I’m very disappointed.
And I know others feel the same way but they just don’t speak up!

I could see one of my neighbors fell in the parking lot and I wasn't dressed to go help. I called the office and they had two people out there within two minutes. It was so impressive!
When I had Covid a few weeks ago, the staff checked in on me and even brought me a birthday ice cream sundae because I couldn't attend the collective event. WOW!
I love the food trucks that come occasionally. I get to try new things. And I see that they are having live entertainment this week.
I feel like... they really care here about the wellbeing of their residents! As a single person, I am so pleased with my decision to join a community and not just get a residence.

Everyone, staff and residents are so helpful and friendly. I have made wonderful friends and am as busy as I want to be with games, clubs and activities . The beautiful pool is delightful and the maintenance is responsive and lovely.
