If youre new to the area, dont do it!
If you want a timely response, dont expect to get it from the leasing office. Extremely high turnover of staff who are not responsive unless you stay on top of them. Need to go into the leasing office to drop off a cashier's check or get an update, dont expect anyone to be there to give you a response/proper notice. You will receive an email DAILY TO BE REMINDED that Tryon Farms is a smoke free policy and if policy is violated your lease could be terminated,... with no further actions actually done! If you want to experience the pool at the top of pool season, dont expect for it to be opened until June or later. What i actually loved about my unit is all of the natural light and my balcony. No consistent programming or reoccuring community events to create a good living environment. The best "event" that happened was food truck- "drums vs flats" on a Friday night! That was the most active i saw the residents out and about. Nacho Business was the next food truck partnership, but never happened after it was supposed to be rescheduled. In short, DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
