I enjoy living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The new management is very responsive. But front desk staff should be more focused on who’s coming in and out of the building.

one recommendation, If studios can have better storage and closet would be great.

Pleased with the experience overall. My favorite things about Dey & Bergen are the really nice amenities (love the lounges and game room), helpful receptionists who always smile and greet people, and the maintenance staff who are super quick to address the requests and gets the job done. Some things I’d like to see more of are more resident events, food trucks with more variety/cuisine, and shuttle service to PATH at night and on weekends. The PATH station is walkable but at night some alleys... are not well lit so felt unsafe when walking alone at night and needed some getting used to.

During my stay at this property, I had a generally positive experience, though there were a few aspects worth mentioning. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed about the facilities and amenities, which left a very good first impression.
