The Worst
Our experience has been extremely disappointing and if I could rate them zero stars I would. We came to the see the apartments in April while they were still under construction, signed a lease and we were led to believe that everything would be completed by July of this year (pool, rooftop, dog park, club house on the rooftop, balconies, etc.) we moved in mid June and of course non of the above has been finalized and it's not set to be completed until summer 2025!!! Now I can understand that the... delays happen but a whole year? You provide false expectations with unrealistic dates to entice people to sign a lease only to have them wondering when theses amenities that you're paying for will be completed. We can't even access the balcony due to the fact that there is no handle to the door, which I believe is a fire hazard since there are no windows in the unit that can be opened, this is the very least you should be able to speed up. Management does not respond to emails or service requests just blatantly ignore everything.
