Not what was expected
We moved here about 6 months ago. The new owners have made a bold statement about "resort-style living." I have a hard time with that because it has been anything but. Our breezeway has had the same spider webs and debris all summer. The one maintenance man spends more time in his garage than walking around policing debris or making noticeable repairs such as boards popped up that weren't nailed properly, to begin with ( to stumble on ). Trash constantly is thrown on the ground in the dumpster... area because people know that nobody watches or gets out visibly in the community. Parking is a HUGE issue. There is no enforcement of resident parking and very few visitor spaces. We were told a lie when we moved in that the owner of the old KMart had an agreement to allow parking there. Well, that isn't the case at all. For being so new, it is sure going downhill fast! I see rent is now even higher than before and it is not worth it!
