The Gramercy New Albany Townhomes

I've lived at The Gramercy for a while now, and I have to say, the recent upgrades to the pool area have been fantastic! The new pool furniture is not only stylish but also super comfortable, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. It’s clear that management is committed to keeping the community updated and enjoyable for residents.

Beyond the amenities, the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home and any concerns are addressed... promptly. The maintenance team, in particular, is top notch, quick, professional, and efficient. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve responded promptly and handled the issue with care.

Overall, The Gramercy is a great place to live. Between the well kept amenities and the attentive staff, it really feels like home! Lee mas

RUN DONT WALK! To expensive for the quality of the apartments. Electric bill for this month 507.00 water was 74.00. Management tries to make it look real good when they respond to the reviews. If you look below on the negative review management responding January 30 and then all of a sudden above it same date January 30 is a 5 star review. Looks like they are trying to keep there star rating up! People drive to fast the trash compactor breaks every other month and when you go into throw trash... out it is not picked up people laying trash everywhere. For all the money they ask for rent seems like they can make is cleaner. I am sure the response from management will be a wonderful positive one sure sure they have a community garden and put expensive rocking chairs out for people top sit in blah blah. Do Better and dont pick here to pay all your money too! Lee mas

This property is a great place to live, with well-kept grounds, responsive management, and a welcoming atmosphere. The recent upgrades, including the new clubhouse, have added even more value to the community. The improvements show a commitment to enhancing the resident experience.

Rent is to expensive all electric utilities with electric bills ranging 350-400 monthly that is with the thermostat on 64 in winter and air conditioning set on 72 in summer. They use Nationwide energy partners for utilities which is horrible. If you are behind on your bill NEP don't call it's the girls from the leasing office that calls and tells you your late. To me they shouldn't have any access to my utility bill and what I have paid. I don't pay the Gramercy I pay NEP. They don't respond to... messages in a timely manner. The quality of the apartment and the price you pay are not worth it. You can rent a house for what you pay here. Stay away go somewhere else. Lee mas

The absolute worst place I've ever lived! The property management company that runs this place has no idea what they are doing. The leasing office will go weeks without responding to emails. They lie to you to get you to rent here. The quality of the apartments themselves is horrible and they don't rush to fix anything that's wrong. If you like bugs, you'll love it here. We had put in a request to deal with the infestation of bugs in our home and they took days to respond to us about this... problem. The air conditioning and heating system is extremely inefficient and when you complain about them not working properly they don't do anything meaningful about it. As a result we experience $400 utility bills. Mind you we kept our heat on 62 to 64 degrees all winter. There are people in our community who have had bills as high as $900. The trash area is disgusting and swarming with flies, bees, and wasps bc they refuse to clean up all the dirty garbage off the ground. It's a safety and health hazard. They don't shovel the community like they said they would when it snows and the grass is cut in the most haphazard manor I've ever seen making the grass look like a hot mess. The bathrooms in the gym are disgusting and recently one of the toilets was completely empty of water with people just filling it up with disgusting you know what without being able to flush. There of course was no sign indicating that the bathroom was experiencing this problem and that it was going to be fixed. The only positive about living here is that New Albany is a great community. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere other than here to live out here. Lee mas
