Parkview Apartments

They never fix anything. I paid rent on time and over and they still kept my deposit once I moved and tried to charge me for other things . They have very like of respect. The real owner in Ca.. They know that you will never get a hold of. Just wondering how they still open . These apartments have very much potential but, not with the people running it or the maintenance time that they provide. They actually owe me money but , trying to say I owe them for property damage. When the only thing... that was damaged was a door that came off the hinges. Pleaseeeeeeee don't get your self in this situation with them it will not end well. They will tell you don't believe the reviews believe them .

My apartment flooded every time it rained and Parkview did nothing whatsoever. My living room furniture got soaked on a regular basis and the wall the water crept up under got gross and mushy, and probably full of mold. The apartment managers have a confrontational and defensive attitude towards tenants, and no matter how pleasantly you approach them, dealing with them in any capacity is always a roll of the dice. Corporate is based in CA and is extremely shady in their business dealings. They... are a smoke-friendly community and you will smell your neighbors chainsmoking cigarettes and weed STRONGLY at all hours of the day. Car break-ins and backyard theft were a bi-weekly occurrence. And yet, they raised the prices $100+ since I moved out just this last summer. I lived at Parkview for 5 years due to its proximity to the park, but after the price hike and flooding it’s absolutely not worth it anymore. Also, you can leave your apartment spotless and still have most or all of your deposit withheld if they think they can get away with it. I do not recommend renting here. Miseriable experience! Front office ladies are extremely disrespectful. Upstairs neighbors flooded my ceiling causing drywall damage and mold. Front office told me to just deal with it and that it isn't their problem! I moved out shortly after and they tried taking it out of my security deposit! This is unacceptable. Stay away from this place at all costs!

I have rented all my life and I have never been treated so poorly after placing my application and my deposit. Management was extremely unprofessional. I withdrew my application from this complex. If this is how they act just starting the process, I don't trust management with dealing with any issues that may occur within the complex. I reached out to Summitland management and they blatantly lied to me. Very shady management and not worth the hassle. Plenty of other apartments in the area.... Lee mas

I have lived at this place for 4 years when something breaks it takes up to 2 weeks to get it fix and they don’t even fix the issue. But when you’re late on rent or even 25 cent short they will give you a eviction notice. I would not recommend they will try any type of way to get money out of you . They have a really bad roach problem with the apartment in the back due them never changing out the refrigerators or having the trash bins cleared out weekly .Most of the people employed are on heavy... drug. If you want to keep your peace of mind do not move into park view Lee mas
