wonderful place to live!

I lived here for two years and was so happy to call Brooks Edge home the entire time. Responsive staff and helpful maintenance, never had a package stolen, thick walls (Even if my neighbors had a gathering it was very muffled compared to other apartments i've lived in), safe neighborhood to walk in, ample parking, relaxing balcony on every unit, and very respectful/friendly neighbors! I felt very safe here. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of closet and storage space. Also, since it... is a Triple Crown property you can drive three minutes down Lisburn Rd to another property to use the pool for free. My only critique is snow removal can be a little slow, and the apartment doors slam if you don't gently close it when you close the door, but that is a very minor thing.

Not worth it!

If you are thinking about living here PLEASE by all means look for another place. It’s not worth the price AT ALL.

I have never been more upset or outraged by an apartment complex. DO NOT live here if you like your sanity. There are so many complaints I have about this place but the worst is the noise. There is no escape from it. I’ve lived below people before and never had as much noise as I have had here. You pay MORE to live on the bottom floor here (which is CRAZY) and the noise from my...
upstairs neighbors is unbearable. I have tried everything to get the office to help me and they said, it’s apartment living. Which I call bull on. I have lived in multiple places and NEVER had this issue. Yes, you have noise but not to the extent where you can’t sleep or relax without being disturbed.

My other huge complaint is the kids that run around without any freaking supervision. I have watched them lay on cars and ride their bikes into cars. They have NO respect for anything and no supervision. If you move here you better not care about your personal vehicle. It’s ridiculous. I have also witnessed these kids ding ding ditching people. It’s insane.

I’m so glad I’m done living here soon. I will never again rent from Triple Crown. They do not care about their residents right to a quiet living environment, which is ironically in their lease!

Save your money!

The apartments themselves have a very nice floor plan. They are spacious with ample lighting and space. This is where the pros stop. Management is dreadful. Anytime you have a concern they ignore you or try to blame you some how. Shawna is horrible! I have no idea how she got and kept this job but she's beyond disrespectful. The floors are soooooo thin you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move. They are fake wood floors so if they don't have rugs the noise is amplified. Whoever places... purple in the units isn't very bright because they place toddlers and children over single couples so the screaming ,jumping, crying, running ,pounding is non stop. Don't bother complaining as management doesn't do anything with noise complaints even though it's in the lease. The snow removal...lack there of is an absolute joke. Snow stopped and they waited a full 24 hours before moving any and they don't hire snow removal companies it's old constructive equipment operated by random men. It does a crappy job and you slide all over the place because it's nothing but ice. The maintenance staff is ever changing. The play ground is dirty. People speed through the parking lot. We pay top dollar to get no pool, no clubhouse to rent out for events, broken grills that never work. Residents have vicious angry pitbulls that snap and try to attack other dogs. People let their dogs use the bathroom in the sidewalks and grass and leave it there. The entire complex only has two dumpsters that are constantly over flowing. Absolutely dreadful experience. Multiple purple have complained about the same issues and nothing is ever done.
