Honest review
Warning I can hear the person below me playing video games and the person above me snoring every night.
There is a truck that parks in the middle of the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out; I have complained to management and they have stated that the truck has special permission to be there.
Elevator ceiling often breaks and falls down. Floor is usually filthy. Front door latch is often broken and has been held together with an elastic band.
Had to beg management for cameras in... the parking lot area due to multiple car break ins with windows shattered.
Although maintenance is fast with repairs, I have returned to my apartment unlocked and with the door slightly ajar after their service.
There are bugs… but they do get an exterminator to come.

Our team did make an emergency repair to the... front door and elevator while waiting for parts, and the issues have since been resolved. Our cleaning crew visits the community twice weekly to keep the common areas in good condition, however we will take your comments into consideration when scheduling cleanings in the future!
