Canalside Lofts

Overall, complex is fine. However, there are a few areas that drastically need improvement. They do not replace lighting when they go out, so there are a number of dark stairwells and car ports. This is very dangerous at night.

They do not control the wasp/bee nest on the upper level of their apartments. During the warm months wasp create large nest and very active on top floors. No one addresses the issue even when it’s the winter months when the nest are empty.

The garbage area is not... maintained. There are times the trash area is overflowing, there are times unhoused people are staying behind dumpsters or looking in trash at night.

The bathrooms at the pool area is not locked, so there are nights I have seen people sleeping there.

The equipment in the Canalside gym is not maintained. The treadmills stop working for weeks and residence of Canalside are not allowed to use the other gym on property. management should maintain amenities their residents are still paying for. Lee mas

The apartment is nice and in a good area of town, but maintenance doesn’t respond. Also, they false advertise on the Instagram by posting pictures of the nice gym when you have to live at Sola Station to use it, not Canalside. However, the apartments and the area is very dog friendly, so that’s nice.

The apartment is good. The build is pretty calm, silence but it needs to improve the cleaning. The build has a lot of dusty outside or in the stairs and also the elevator is broken and i do not know if they will fix it. It iks really bad since I am moving and I had to carry out by stairs all my furniture since I live in the 3rd floor.

Overall good place to live.
Maintenance is sometimes disappointing. New neighbors have been loud but for almost three years it was always pleasantly quiet.

Nice apartment complex with access to the river walk. My apartment specifically is decent. The size of the apartment is appropriate for my rate. The only thing I don’t like about my apartment is the in-unit HVAC, like it is inside of your apartment, which makes noise and vibrates the wall in my bedroom
