I would suggest to look elsewhere for living. You are shown a wonderful apartment when you first tour. None of the other apartments look like this. All are different in their own ways, and you won't be told of what they are when you sign a lease. Several of my neighbors have had complaints, and have been met with the same reoccurring issue: NOONE RESPONDS. It doesn't matter which method you use. Also, you might as well have an open-door policy because maintenance will enter without warning and... won't let you know about the entry until you get home and find a huge hole in the ceiling (that still wasn't fixed when I moved out 6 months later). Love living here! Everyone is so pleasant and nice. The grounds are beautiful and the noise level is great. Thank you for everything you do.

Easy access to shopping, medical, freeway.

Having the nature path and ‘stream’ makes it aesthetically appealing.

It has been a Good experience living here. I will continue to live here until I buy a house. Apartment is kept up with, staff is great and respectful.

A lot has changed recently in a great way and can honestly see things shifting in the right direction. Stanley has been amazing when responding to any of our work orders, happy to have him here
