Audubon Park Apartments

Been a great experience love living here quiet and comfortable. Office staff is awesome and welcoming, love that they have events like movie night even thought I haven't went yet but in the future ??

So far it’s been a pleasant experience, I’m talking about from the beginning of signing the lease, to every maintenance request submitted, just amazing. Everyone an I do mean everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, I feel safe, a don’t plan on going anywhere. I really recommend Audubon park to future residents, GREAT CHOICE WE MADE TO MOVE HERE!!! The pool is almost always closed, trash ben is almost always overflowing, can’t find a parking space close , have to park farther away from apartment

Love the location and has great amenities. The office staff are kind and helpful. They also try to have events for the residents to come together as a community. The neighborhood is great.

Fairly safe and clean community, for the price. Good square footage for the price. The management seems decent too.

The main issue is that upon move in we had to do a ton cleaning and fixing up the apartment. They had told us that between tenants they painted the apartments, but that clearly had not been done before moving in. There are stuff marks and stains on the walls (and tobacco stains on the ceilings). Which brings me to terrible smell in the apartment. Had to buy air fresheners, light... candles, and burn incense for a month before it started to go away. Lee mas
