Ready to move and have a case ready for them
When I first moved over at Arbor Glen it was ok and then after a year it went down hill from changing who own it every couple months. It got worst when we got the people we have now down at the office. The property manager needs to learn to tell the truth and do her job.. Telling people you are going to fix stuff and don't after they have renewed their lease. If I could go back in time I would never have signed my lease if i knew you wasn't going to fix what i needed fix, but she only gave me a... week so there was no way I could find another place in a week, pack, and get off work. They make up bills that you owe and then can't tell you why you have them. It's no pool because its been green for the last two years, the laundry is always broke, i haven't seen a place to wash your car yet, you cant use the club house, no free wi-fi, play ground will have your kids going to Spartanburg Regional because they haven't updated it and its really nothing out there. When first coming inside the building its just dirty. I know Iv'e had multiple people down stairs move in and move out within two months. It used to be peaceful and now its not because they let anyone move in. I don't believe anything that comes out of the property managers mouth that is Penny Flynn. They never answer the phone so you have to go to the office and that's if they are in there. They are nothing at all about your health or safety.
