Excellent experience from day one! Modern, clean, updated appliances, and also quiet. The management team is responsive, professional, and always quick to address any issues. The location is perfect; not in the hustle and bustle of "city" life, but within ten to fifteen minutes of anything you could need. Highly recommend!

Overall very happy with our time at Statler. Never had any issues. The office was very good at communicating things via email and keeping tenants up to date on events and other important information. You can't beat the location as well.

So far, we have loved the Statler. Touring was a great experience, and every question we had was answered. The move in process was so easy and smooth. Also, the apartment was so clean upon our arrival.

I recently signed my lease at Statler McCain Station and the employees were extremely knowledgable, helpful, and kind. They took the time to explain the amenities, trash service, and safety concerns (e.g. tornado safety spots). The apartment is top of the line and any maintenance requests or concerns are met right away. I would recommend this location if you are looking to live near downtown Nashville but want the small-town feel.
