I had several different communities that I was scheduled to tour however when I saw the Hickory I knew I would not need to see anything else. Everything I needed and looked for in the community and the complex along with the professional practices by management and maintenance were found at The Hickory. I am extremely pleased and am excited to live life at The Hickory

I recently moved into The Hickory at Indian Lake Village, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Breck, the leasing consultant, and Brandon, the property manager. Transitioning from being homeowners for several years to apartment living was daunting, but Breck made the process seamless and stress-free. Her extensive knowledge of the property, quick responsiveness, and clear explanations of various floorplans and lease terms were outstanding. Breck’s... professionalism and genuine care stood out, making her the best leasing agent we’ve ever worked with and a key reason we chose The Hickory.
Brandon and the team also impressed us with their prompt handling of maintenance issues. Work orders were completed quickly and efficiently, ensuring our move-in experience was smooth. The dedication of both Breck and Brandon to exceptional customer service truly sets The Hickory at Indian Lake Village apart. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed apartment complex!

My family and I love living at The Hickory. The amenities are great! The management staff and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful. They are all so friendly and truly want to make our living experience at The Hickory enjoyable.
