Villages at Spring Hill Apartments

Beware before you choose this complex, as I was infested with roaches after 2 weeks of being there. I found mice droppings under the appliances in the kitchen and the hot water heater was sitting in a pan of water, and rusting at the bottom. Roaches can live for months on water alone. The management wanted to bomb my apartment, while I was living there for 3 weeks. It was toxic for my dog, so I had to find somewhere to take her. My friend had his PS5 on the dining room table and it was full of... roaches the next morning. My toaster oven even had a few in it, where the ventilation vents were on the side. Gross! The wood on the deck was rotten in places, due to not being maintained properly. And now the apartment wants me to pay for 4 months rent because I didn’t give a 60 day notice. I have moved out after 3 weeks of living in this place and would never recommend it to anyone! Lee mas

I think the rent rate is too high even though supply/demand allows it. Outside of the rent rates, I would recommend the community.
