Terrible customer service
Worst experience I’ve ever received from an apt community with this office staff being incompetent beyond reasoning. I have had plumbing issues for 6-8 months until they decide they had to break my 2nd bedroom closet floor for over a week.See pictures below. They’ve towed my car when they were not suppose to even after direct contact that they wouldn’t due to their registration process. Everything about this property is old and will not update any of it including their A/C unit. My a/c unit will... not go below 75-77 with it being constantly on, their excuse is it’s just too hot outside and the unit will not go down to lower 80’s. They try to manipulate people and situations. Try to give tenants excuses thinking individuals aren’t smarter than them. Do yourself a favor do not get in this property lease agreement and go elsewhere.

Hi Brenda! We are fully committed to putting our time and our resources towards providing you with confidence and pride in your living environment. In order to make your repairs, we did have to go under the floor to ensure that your issue was fixed... properly, which we made you aware of prior to any work being done. The last thing we want to do is put a band-aid on a maintenance issue. We also gave you the option to transfer to another unit of your choosing. We send out reminders every week in regards to our towing policy; it is the resident's responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is registered; however, the office staff did give you a credit for the inconvenience.
