The rent goes up for the existing residents, when the time of renwal, but for a new tenant I saw some compensation to welcome.
For those who choose to stay more in this community. Have no idea how much is going to be on the upcoming lease renewal.

Settler’s Gate is a welcoming and well-maintained community that offers a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. The management team is responsive and professional, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. I appreciate the attention given to security, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
