Needs Fixing, is understatement

Management has changed hands too many times, and the only "rennovations" they do is to the office. The building I am in has severe foundation issues, as well as absolutely no insulation between walls. This results in all noises being amplified to the downstairs unit. Walking, talking, the pipes of the plumbing, are so loud, you always know what your above neighbor is doing. The poor insulation has also resulting in being able to smell through the outlets, which in my case is smoke. The plumbing... and water also needs to be checked/fixed. When a weird film sits in top of your bath water, you start to never take baths again. I wish they cared enough to condemn this unit and actually fix the problems, as these problems are pre quarantine. Read the reviews of people who are unhappy to see how things really are.

DONT LIVE HERE

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Is zero stars an option? A new management company recently took over and the ladies who work in the office are extremely rude. The AC in my bathroom had a leak for the two years I lived here. I called and had it fixed multiple times but it would start leaking a few months later and ruined the drywall in there. Nobody would fix it properly. They won't work a minute past closing time whether your issue has been resolved or not and tell you she "doesn't get paid overtime". I got... kicked out of their office at 5:30 on the dot. I've never met more rude people in my life. They will also charge you for literally everything when you move out. If you think you're getting a good deal on deposits, you're not. They'll charge you more than what you think is fair when you move out. I even asked for a walk-through to go through it with them and they said they didn't do that. There are tons of kids always running around and screaming. I came home one day and my neighbor's door had been kicked in and his stuff stolen. Another neighbor's dog attacked mine and nothing was done about it. It's not worth the cheap rent that they have, you're better off finding somewhere else.

Family oriented leasing agents.

So I have been living at these apartments for a little of a year. Right before new management took over. New management inside the office very informative and very helpful from day one. They worked with us around the first of the month when they took over to make sure no late fees had occurred since a new system was being put in. Christmas Eve pajama party was amazing. Great food and fun games and drinks of all assortments. They didn't have to spend it with us, they could have gone... home to their families. But they had a party for us. For mother's day made me cry its been 3 years without my mother. The Manager Ms. Brown hosted a celebration for mother's I may not be a mother, but I felt the love in the room. I give props to the women in the office. They even know my name I don't go into the office much but they know my name, not just unit number as some go by.

First Impressions

***Perspective Renter***

Property looks poorly managed and outdated, but I didnt want to judge it by the cover. I walked in and the office manager was busy with what I assumed was a current resident. She asked me wait and have a seat for a moment while she assisted the first person. Which that's understandable, but shortly after the current resident started a shouting match with the office manager. Don't think this place is for me.
