Do Not Move In Here!
If it's not one thing it's another. Coming up on 15 days without hot water; I've reported the issue several times and still don't have a clear timeline for repair. The roof has been leaking for months to the point that the drywall has been falling from the ceiling onto the floor. They've come by and looked at it and tried to paint over it- I'm sure there is mold in the ceiling at this point. I didn't have access to the gym for a couple of weeks. I called, left messages and e-mails and got no... response. Trash doesn't get picked up when they say it will be. Access to the pool has been locked off several times without explanation. New management seems to be unresponsive, if not nonexistent.
