We have been in contact with you directly and conducted a proper investigation into the issues you... raised. We always aim to handle resident concerns with professionalism, and we're sorry if your experience felt otherwise.

Regarding the elevators, it’s important to note that we rely on certified elevator technicians for any repairs, as our on-site maintenance team is not trained to service elevators. We contact the elevator company immediately when an issue is reported. As of today, we have four fully operational elevators, including the service elevator.

We also want to clarify that we do not have the ability to turn the service elevator on or off at will. If you experienced issues accessing it with your fob, we encourage residents to let us know so we can test their fob and replace it if needed.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to address your concerns and provide some clarity about your experience.

In purpose-built student housing, it’s common practice for leases to begin prior to move-in and to not pro-rate. We understand this might... be unexpected, and we encourage all residents to review their lease terms carefully.

Regarding move-in day, we did have three functional elevators available to accommodate the over 600 students moving in. However, with such a high volume, delays were unavoidable, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

We’re also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue in your unit. That is not the standard we aim for, and we encourage residents to report these concerns so we can address them immediately.
