I lived here for the 22-23 school year and my roommates and I were charged a bogus $1080.20 fee each for damages that were none of our faults. Additionally they’re charging us again for move out items that illegitimate as well. DONT LOVE HERE

I’ve only been here a week but my list of grievances is way longer than any of us have time for. Night one of living here, I was robbed of all my patio furniture. This incident just about sums up the experience I’ve had with the woodlands so far. The staff does not care to make any issues right, nor do they care if you have mold in your apartment. Good luck finding parking! Even if you pay the $30 a month for reserved, your reserved spot is probably gonna be a good hike away. I hope you brought... some extra bulbs with you because only 50% of your lights are actually gonna work. Oh and the carpet?? Its gonna be in SHREDS just like the living room furniture you pay $40 a month for. Absolutely insane. Lee mas

This is my first review of this place and I hope I will soon be able to update it with good news.
So far this place has been nothing but a new source of disappointment and frustration.
They would not let us move in one day early, fine, we accepted it because we assumed we would be moving in a clean and ready to live in, and we were so wrong.
The apartment was filthy, with food and trash inside and smelled of dog.
The air intake for the AC that doesn't work is disgusting (see pic). I don't want... to think whar the air filter looks like!
The windows are sprayed with paint and nobody bothered cleaning them.
The entry door was literally black with filth and the handle was sticky from who knows what.
Half of the dining chairs are broken, unusable. The couch looks like something you would expect to see on the side of the road or next to a dumpster. And guess what?! We are paying extra for our children to have furniture! The audacity!
So far they've managed to clean the carpet, upon our request, and also remove the extra
Mattress that our student's bed had... her bed looked like the one in that fairy tale, the one with the pea? Yes, that one.
I had to deal with the condescending tone of voice from Zach and him putting me on hold multiple times and never connecting me with Ben, the manager. Lee mas

I have had a terrible experience my apartment flooded over three months ago and they have not fixed it. There are giant holes in my roof and the floor has been removed and not fixed. There is trash left all over the property and it is a very dirty environment. You can hear the announcers and yelling from high school events almost every morning and night. This has been a terrible experience.

The apartments are dirty upon move in.
Their management is terrible. The so called manager is conveniently never around, does not return a phone call and will not respond to an email ( still waiting a response from 6 months ago). After numerous phone calls they still couldn’t not get my daughter in the right unit on her account. Then she transferred units in the middle of her lease and had to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks because they would not get someone out to move her furniture. They... couldn’t not even provide her with a new key or mailbox key to her new apartment. Upon renewing her lease (big mistake) they continue to have her rent wrong and are still charging for a pet fee even though we have asked them to remove it. This place is poorly run. Highly recommend they you do not move here ever! Lee mas
